Coget Impianti S.p.A. COGET IMPIANTI S.p.A., with registered office and administrative headquarters in CORTENO GOLGI (BS) – 221, via A. Schivardi, tax code and VAT number 02979490980, Share Capital of € 1,000,000.00 – was created by a Notary deed dated December 24th 2009, following the transformation of the COGET Impianti S.r.l. company (a limited liability company) into the Joint-Stock Company. COGET Impianti S.r.l. created on February 13th 2008, following an extraordinary “company branch transfer” operation of the Company CO.GE.T. SRL, active since 1983.

CO.GE.T. SRL, formed in 1983 as an electrical energy distribution company, first began its activities by performing subcontract line digging and removal jobs. In 1986, after registering with the Italian Builders Registry in the following categories: 9c) – Traffic safety systems; 9d) – Electric traction systems; 10a) – Aqueducts, sewage systems, irrigation systems; 10b) – Water conservation and management; 16f) – Transformer station; 16g) – High voltage lines; 16h) - Medium and low voltage lines; 20) – Provision and installation of lifting and transport equipment and systems (cranes, trolley lines, cableway, and similar items), it was able to compete in the market for direct contract awards.
The desire to stand out and the willingness of its own operational and management staff allowed CO.GE.T SRL to acquire the ENEL S.p.A. qualification in 1994 in the sector of AERIAL/BURIED HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW VOLTAGE LINE MAINTENANCE – CONSTRUCTION.
Valuable resources were used to improve its capacity: some planning was performed within the company framework with the support of specialised, external studies; staff was certified in Protection and Surveillance of Rail Yard Circulation by FERROVIE S.p.A.; courses were held for wire splicers and pullers and team leaders in the HIGH/MEDIUM VOLTAGE sector.
An important objective was reached in 1997 when CO.GE.T SRL received the ISO 9002 CERTIFICATION OF CONFORMITY.
In that same year, the CONSORZIO CONS.AL.T, under which CO.GE.T SRL was a consortium member company, received recognition from ENEL S.p.A. to operate in the PRODUCTION OF 220/380 KV POWER TRANSMISSION LINES.
CO.GE.T SRL received important recognition in the railroad field, leading to a qualification (in October 2002) by the Ferrovie dello Stato S.p.A. in the specialised category INTERVENTIONS ON CONTACT LINES FOR TRACTION – INTERVENTIONS ON HIGH AND MEDIUM VOLTAGE LINES WITH THRESHOLDS AT UNLIMITED AMOUNTS.
In 2001 it also received CERTIFICATION TO PERFORM PUBLIC WORKS (SOA – SOCIETÀ ORGANISMI DI ATTESTAZIONE – CERTIFICATION).
The economic resources and commitment CO.GE.T SRL constantly addresses to its quality system led the company to acquire ISO 9001 STANDARD QUALITY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION in May 2003.
The experience and expertise of its personnel and the acquisition of increasingly specialised equipment for its own activities influences CO.GE.T SRL to reach increasingly important objectives.
The administrative structure also needed to evolve, and in August 2003 the administration moved to a newly constructed private building which, in addition to offices, also included areas for storing equipment and tools as well as materials incoming and outgoing from and to worksites.
Although well-organised and certified, CO.GE.T SRL has not limited its objectives and continues to invest in training, quality, security, and the maintenance and improvement of its own equipment park.
The company took a new direction in 2008 with the goal of renewing itself and in February 2008 it established itself as the single member of a new company that would become COGET IMPIANTI SRL, transferring production (systems) from its own company to this new company and continuing its own activities as a Real Estate company with interests in buildings and technical consulting.
CO.GE.T SRL thus became the single member of COGET IMPIANTI SRL, a company with share capital of €100,000.00 (fully paid up); it transferred to the latter all of its equipment/machines/tools as well as the personnel registered in the Company’s Employee Register.
COGET IMPIANTI SRL thus acts in the market for transport and distribution of electric energy on high voltage lines – electric traction work, with twenty-five years of experience, accrued by its undertaking CO.GE.T SRL through years of activity.
At the end of 2009, COGET Impianti transformed its company name from “limited liability company” to “Joint-stock Company”, increasing its share capital to €1,000,000.00.
Over the course of 2009, the company acquired ISO 14001:2004 environmental certification, and began to adopt a OHSAS 18001:2007 safety management system, anticipating certification in summer 2010.

The company continues to invest in training its personnel, both within the company framework as well as through participation in specific courses, performed by the agencies recognised by its own clients and/or agencies recognised officially by the government (Updating courses in workplace safety; Terna S.p.A. Qualification for plant cutting; Qualification courses for tasks performed for Terna-Enel-RFI and for new staff; Management courses for the integrated quality-environment-safety system).

COGET Impianti S.p.A. has a vast machine/equipment park purchased over the years which complies with safety measures.
Equipment and machine maintenance is performed as part of a periodic control/maintenance plan, monitored by the technical office; equipment and automatic tools are subjected to audits and controls so that they are always guaranteed to be functioning properly.
COGET Impianti S.p.A., has plenty space available, 9500 m2 of covered space and 12,000 m2 of outdoors space located in the provinces of Brescia, Bergamo and Lodi, used to store tools coming back from worksites as well as materials and equipment.
COGET Impianti S.p.A., continues the plant design activities of CO.GE.T SRL, which brought a wide range of abilities and qualifications to the market, competing at the level of other large companies in the same field.
COGET Impianti S.p.A., through the limited liability company, already invested many resources in the safety-quality sector and the certification of its own personnel through external, recognised bodies; it also acquired: COGET Impianti S.p.A. aims to improve and continue its operations in line with the CO.GE.T SRL ideology, thus working simultaneously in the rail, lines and systems fields, using the competitiveness and skills of its own personnel (human resources) to provide its clients with professional, quality work within the requested time frames.
Future investments of COGET Impianti S.p.A. will be directed towards the maintenance and modernisation of equipment: about € 2,000,000.00 has been allocated over the next three years to maintain and modernise the equipment park.
Personnel will also be trained on a regular basis, as the company seeks to improve is capacity in the areas of safety, prevention and quality, in order to continue to be competitive in the Italian market and, whenever possible, to offer its services on foreign markets.
